Spend the evening at the beautiful Wheel Line Cider in Badger Pocket! Enjoy a farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Noah Stucki with cider pairing while learning about the regenerative farming model. Lecture will be presented by APOYO Growers, a non-profit farmer incubation program currently utilizing this land management technique here in the Kittitas Valley.
